CLASSES
Katy's classes follow the vinyasa flow style - sun salutations followed by standing postures into inversions, backbends and forward folds. Katy will also structure her classes to suit the time of day. A morning class will be more energetic with a focus on back bends whilst evening classes will be structured to help the body wind down at the end of the day, so more focus on forward folds and calming postures. There will always be time dedicated to the end of class for shavasana and a short meditation so your body has the appropriate amount of time to relax after class and you can leave class feeling refreshed and revitalised.
